Whole Breath: Establish a Relaxed Body and Mind, the Home of Good

A relaxed body approximates a stress and worry-free zone. Specialized Whole Breath is the ticket to usher in well-being, contentment, and good. Elusive happiness becomes commonplace. 

Welcome to Whole Breath, a pioneering DIY meditation and breathwork hybrid. Finally, easy, non-shame, worry-free living. 


What’s involved

  • Practice five minutes a day, five out of seven days a week with daily application.
  • Engage your relaxed body in any position.
  • Acquire increased, sustainable calm. 


What happens – Basics

  • Inhale fully and exhale slower and longer, holding breath at the top inhale and the bottom exhale.
  • Discover your relaxed body sensation—may be floating or tingling. Pair with breath, creating potential space and distance from negative thoughts. 
  • Experience love and touch sensations and increased nature appreciation.


What to expect

  • Less anxiety, less anger, and more love
  • See more good inside and out.
  • Increased health: physical, mental, spiritual


Two Courses

Whole-Breath Basics: $500 

  • Four weeks, one hour weekly
  • No-cost check-ins: 15 minutes twice a week between sessions
  • Follow up biweekly, one half-hour sessions for one month; closing one-hour session one month later

Advanced: Cost to be determined

  • Enhanced awareness and management of relationship between body, emotions, thoughts, and behavior. The newest science ensures better physical, mental, and spiritual health. 

Want Positive Thoughts? Awaken Your Fundamental Value: “I’m Lovable”

“I’m bad” is part of everyone’s belief system, established in early childhood as the cause of mistakes. This belief remains alive and well throughout adulthood. “How could I have been so stupid to cut my finger slicing that cucumber way too fast?” 


Good news: There is a replacement belief, “I’m lovable,” waiting to be awakened. “It’s natural to cut my finger when I’m overtired. I’ll be more careful next time.” 


How does “I’m bad” become so powerful? 

  • Fear fuels mistakes from the beginning: “Never say you hate me. Go to your room.”
  • Love replacing fear is a no-show: “You should be angry; let me hold you.”
  • Non-validated emotions cause “I’m bad” thoughts.


How is “I’m lovable” reclaimed?

  • Access the relaxed part of your body (the parasympathetic part of your nervous system) with LIFT’s Whole Breath. It’s your heart’s home, where “I’m lovable” is asleep. 
  • Use LIFT’s non-shame observation to catch the negative thoughts and release the fearful negative parts, leaving just the facts. “Next time I’m too tired I’ll fix a precooked meal.” That’s awakened “I’m lovable” ready for the next “I’m bad” signal.
  • Waking “I’m lovable” eventually releases the “I’m bad” belief. Scientists confirm that neuropathways change with regular practice.

What is the science?

  • Emotions, thoughts, and action follow body feeling. Emotion validation diminishes fear and releases the heart’s capacity for creating good (love) thoughts and behavior.
  • Whole Breath, LIFT’s hybrid five-minute daily breathwork and mediation practice, activates a relaxed body (parasympathetic nervous system) to foster well-being. 


Program details, $125 an hour 

Weekly

  • Evaluation sessions (3): one for each spouse with one joint assessment session
  • Six one-hour weekly couple’s sessions with no-charge check-in between sessions
  • Three months follow-up, hourly sessions every other week

Intensive

-- Evaluation sessions (3): one for each spouse with one joint assessment session 

-- Half day, full day, overnight – full day and next day half day

  • Half day, four hours - $500
  • Full day, seven hours - $875
  • Overnight includes dinner and breakfast, ten hours - $1,400. Two to four follow-up sessions as needed - $125 hourly 

-- Three months follow-up hourly sessions every other week


The three initial evaluation sessions determine program fit and establish thorough knowledge of the problems and the LIFT program. If lack of fit is determined, a flat fee of $100 will be charged instead of three hourly fees equaling $375. This program is educational and does not qualify for insurance reimbursement.
